Frequently asked questions
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Lessons, quizzes, flashcards and mock exams are inside the app and work without a connection. The network is only used for purchases, sync and content updates.
Which certifications are covered?
Seven: CISSP and CCSP (ISC2), CISM, AAISM and COBIT (ISACA), ISO/IEC 27001 (ISO and IEC) and TOGAF (The Open Group). Each track shows the version and date of the outline or standard it covers.
Which languages?
English and French, for both the interface and the content. You can switch language at any time in the settings.
Do I need an account?
No. You can study without an account. An optional account only lets you find your progress on another device.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings › Account › Delete my account. All the details are on the Delete my account page.
