1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the use of the {{APP_NAME}} mobile application (the "App") and the purchase of its offers, published by {{COMPANY_NAME}} (the "Publisher", see the legal notice). Downloading or using the App means you accept these terms. The App is intended for adults or persons aged at least {{MINIMUM_AGE}}.
2. Service
The App provides preparation material for the CISSP®, ISO/IEC 27001, CISM®, COBIT®, TOGAF®, AAISM™ and CCSP® certifications: lessons, spaced-repetition flashcards, practice questions, mock exams and progress indicators. It works offline. An optional account syncs progress across devices.
Questions are original; they reproduce no real exam question and no text of any standard. Each content pack shows the date of the exam outline or standard it is based on.
3. Non-affiliation and trademarks
CISSP® and CCSP® are registered marks of ISC2, Inc. CISM®, AAISM™ and COBIT® are marks of ISACA. TOGAF® is a registered trademark of The Open Group. ISO/IEC 27001 is a standard of ISO and IEC. The Publisher is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of these organizations. These names are used only to identify the exam being prepared.
4. Account
Creating an account is optional. You provide a valid email address or use an available sign-in method (passkey, magic link, Sign in with Apple). You may delete your account at any time in the App (Settings › Account); deletion erases the associated data as described in the privacy policy.

Prices shown in the App, in your currency, prevail. Content updates released during your access period are included.
6. Purchases through Apple and Google
6.1. Purchases are made only through App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) in-app purchase, under their terms. Apple or Google collects the payment; the Publisher receives no payment card data.
6.2. Access is granted once the store confirms payment. "Restore purchases" restores access on a new device signed in with the same Apple or Google account.
6.3. Auto-renewing subscription: the subscription renews for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple or Google account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
7.1. The App provides digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Under Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, you request immediate access and expressly waive your right of withdrawal at purchase. {{Note: check how the stores collect this consent; otherwise the 14-day withdrawal period applies.}}
7.2. Refund requests are made to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Google Play order history), under their rules. The Publisher cannot refund an in-app purchase itself.
8. Legal guarantees
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Report any lack of conformity to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}.
9. Intellectual property
The App, its texts, questions, explanations, diagrams, flashcards, databases, marks and graphics are protected by copyright and database rights (French Intellectual Property Code, Articles L112-3 and L341-1). A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content within the App for private exam preparation. Extracting, copying, reproducing, distributing, reselling or making available any part of the content, including by extracting the App package or by systematic capture, is prohibited.
10. Liability
10.1. Content is carefully written, expert-reviewed and up to date as of the stated outline date. It may still contain errors or become outdated when outlines change; you can report an error in the App.
10.2. The App is a preparation tool. Passing an exam depends on you and on the certification body's rules; the Publisher guarantees no result.
10.3. The Publisher is not liable for temporary unavailability of sync services, force majeure or non-compliant use. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law prohibits it, nor your statutory consumer rights.

12. Changes
The Publisher may change these terms. Material changes are announced in the App before they take effect and do not affect purchases already made for their current period.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers resident in another country of the protection of its mandatory rules. Consumers may use the consumer mediator free of charge: {{MEDIATOR_NAME_AND_CONTACT}}. Failing amicable settlement, the courts designated by law have jurisdiction; consumers may sue in the courts of their place of residence.
